By accessing or using ReturnFlow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including merchants, customers, and visitors.
ReturnFlow provides a comprehensive return management platform for Shopify stores, including:
You must create an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Our services are provided on a freemium basis. Fees are charged monthly through Shopify's native billing system. We offer three subscription tiers: Free ($0/month for up to 30 returns), Starter ($29/month for up to 200 returns with automated processing), and Professional ($99/month for up to 2,000 returns). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Additional charges may apply for usage exceeding your plan limits. Overage fees are $2.00 per return above your monthly quota. You will be notified when approaching your plan limit and can upgrade at any time.
Shipping labels generated through Shippo are charged separately at the actual shipping cost with no markup. We pay for the label and charge your store the exact cost. This applies even during your free trial period.
Payment is due immediately upon billing through Shopify's billing system. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that we will send transactional emails and may send SMS messages necessary for the operation of the platform. These communications include verification codes, return status updates, refund confirmations, shipping notifications, and other service-related messages. These are not marketing communications and are essential for providing our services. You cannot opt out of transactional communications while using the platform.
ReturnFlow and its services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
ReturnFlow integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Shopify, Shippo, and various shipping carriers. These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. ReturnFlow is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party services.
ReturnFlow is a software platform that facilitates the generation of shipping labels through third-party providers. ReturnFlow is not a shipping carrier, freight forwarder, or logistics company. We do not physically handle, transport, store, or deliver any packages, products, or merchandise.
ReturnFlow expressly disclaims all liability for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, misdelivered, or otherwise mishandled by shipping carriers. This includes but is not limited to: packages lost in transit, packages damaged during shipping, packages delivered to incorrect addresses, packages stolen after delivery, delays caused by weather or carrier issues, and any customs or import/export issues.
All claims, disputes, or issues related to shipping, delivery, or package handling must be filed directly with the applicable shipping carrier. ReturnFlow has no obligation to assist with, mediate, or resolve any shipping disputes between you, your customers, and shipping carriers.
ReturnFlow does not provide shipping insurance. You are solely responsible for obtaining adequate shipping insurance for any packages. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
While we strive to generate accurate shipping labels based on the information provided, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all shipping information including addresses, package weights, and dimensions. ReturnFlow is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect shipping information.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RETURNFLOW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Our AI-powered fraud detection is provided as a tool to assist in identifying potentially fraudulent returns. We make no guarantees regarding its accuracy, completeness, or reliability. You remain solely responsible for all final decisions on return approvals, rejections, and refunds. ReturnFlow is not liable for any losses resulting from fraudulent returns, whether or not flagged by our system.
ReturnFlow facilitates refund processing through Shopify's APIs. We are not liable for any delays, errors, or failures in refund processing caused by Shopify, payment processors, banks, or other financial institutions. You are responsible for verifying that refunds are processed correctly.
ReturnFlow is not responsible for the value, condition, or authenticity of any products being returned. You are solely responsible for inspecting returned items and determining appropriate refund amounts.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReturnFlow and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party; (d) any dispute between you and your customers regarding returns, refunds, or shipping; (e) any claims related to lost, damaged, or delayed packages; or (f) any claims related to products sold or returned through your store.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms or with 30 days' notice for any other reason.
Upon termination, your access to our services will cease. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
