How billing works: Subscription plans are billed through Shopify on your monthly Shopify invoice. Shipping label costs are funded via a separate Stripe-backed wallet — only what you actually use, with no minimum top-up. Why two billing systems?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan or pay for additional returns at $2.00 per return.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate the billing.

The Free plan includes 30 returns/month with full access to our core features. Upgrade to Starter for automated return processing. Shipping labels are charged at cost.
Shipping labels are charged separately at cost. We pay EasyPost for the label and debit the exact amount from your shipping wallet. This applies even during your free trial period.
Your ReturnFlow subscription is billed by Shopify on your monthly Shopify invoice — that's the standard, Built-for-Shopify path for app fees. Shipping-label costs are a real-time pass-through to a third-party carrier (EasyPost), which Shopify's billing API doesn't support. So we route those charges through a Stripe-backed wallet instead. You only pay for the labels you actually buy, with no markup and no minimum top-up.
